Making it Personal

Personalising the ceremony

As well as providing all the traditional services that you would expect from a funeral director we, at Peace Funerals, ensure that you have the time and information available to make quality decisions about the funeral arrangements, at your own pace.

For instance, one of the things that we feel is important is making sure that the funeral ceremony is exactly how you want it to be. So when we have our initial meeting with you (Basic Cremation and Basic Woodland Funeral services excepted) we will begin to explore with you ways in which the ceremony for your loved one can be made personal and special. This gives you the chance to think about some of the options available to you, and the extent to which you want to be involved in the ceremony, before you meet up with the celebrant or minister.

You need to be aware that if you want a funeral service in a church, you may be restricted to what can be included in the ceremony by the incumbent minister or priest. But at other venues there is generally greater freedom of choice.
