LOW COST OPTIONS

Our Low Cost Packages are only available to people living in South and West Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

We offer two packages; the Basic Cremation and the Basic Woodland Funeral, more details on which can be found further down this page.

These are designed for people who want simple funeral arrangements with the minimum cost.

BASIC CREMATION - £775 + Disbursements

• Collection from place of decease within normal working hours
• Storage at our own premises
• Quality veneered coffin, with handles, nameplate and cotton lining
• Transport of coffin on day of funeral direct to crematorium by hearse
• Four bearers
• Our professional fee

The disbursement costs are:

• The Doctors’ fees for signing the cremation forms (£142)
• The Crematorium fee (typically £300 - £450)
• The Minister’s or Celebrant’s fee (usually £100 - £140)

BASIC WOODLAND FUNERAL - £775 + Disbursements

These funerals all take place at either South Yorkshire Woodland Burial Ground or Golden Valley Woodland Burial Ground.

• Collection from place of decease within normal working hours
• Storage at our own premises
• Environmentally-friendly (cardboard) coffin with basic lining
• Transport of coffin on day of funeral direct to burial ground by estate car
• Four bearers
• Our professional fee
• Gravedigging cost

On top of this, there would be the cost of the Burial rights to pay for - £525 for a single depth plot, or £745 for a double depth plot and the Minister’s or Celebrant’s fee (usually £100 - £140).

For our low cost packages the arrangements must be made either by phone, email, post or in person at our Sheffield office.
